Returns & Refunds Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, we require:

  • Your order number.

  • A photo/video of the defective item.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement due to our 5-8 day VIP expedited processing.
